Amazing experience!
Normally I wait to get home from a holiday before writing a review but my experience today was so wonderful that I decided to do so right away. We only had one full day in Rome and decided to include both the Vatican and the Colosseum. It was extremely hot and sunny and anything could have been a recipe for disaster. Fabiana, our guide, was amazing - friendly and knowledgeable. My teenage boys (17 and 13) both agree it was a fabulous day. She knew lots of interesting information about the areas we visited but also knew the best places to be for photos and was a breeze to stay in the shade while she talked about the history. She recommended other areas to visit with the best times and places to eat. You could tell she was very knowledgeable and her knowledge of people and systems meant we didn't miss our underground tour of the Colosseum when problems with taxis delayed us. The effort she made to make sure we got the tour we wanted was way above and beyond. Also; leading up to the tour Rossella was helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. Looking forward to our tour with Rossella of Trastevere after our cruise. I can't recommend this company enough!
